30 day returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. This means you have 30 days from the date you received your order to submit a return request.

Exchange Policy

If your order doesn't fit as expected, simply follow our return process below and let us know which size you'd like to exchange it for. Once we receive your return, we'll process your exchange and ship the new size to you at no additional shipping cost.

Please note that exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size.

How to submit a Return :

1. Email info@ramone.studio indicating the item(s) you would like to return, the order number, and the reason for your return.

2. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Once we receive your return it will take 24-48 hours for your return to be processed. Once we confirm all return conditions are met we will reach out to you and your order will be refunded which usually takes 3-5 business days to reflect onto your account.

Return Conditions

Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original packaging.

No Restocking Fee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and do not impose any restocking fee in the event you would like to return your order.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change. In the event you would like to modify or cancel your order with us simply reach out to us and if your order hasn't entered the fulfillment process, we'll accommodate your request.
